There is too much assumption that a new supervisor knows what he should be doing. Just because the employee says he was a good supervisor in a previous job, doesn't mean he actually was.

chargebacks, managers that are horrible, one manger really needs to go away because she has no clue how to talk to people and crosses the line with putting people down and if she doesn't like something or like how you dress etc... she will say things about you. she is so horrible. they would have happy employees if she was gone. I know 4 people who work here too and one left because of this lady. the others are on the way out still looking for another job to go to.
