Pros

You get paid- on time, you're working in a grocery store so you have lunch options (if you can afford it) and it's local to West Seattle, so an easy commute. You get to smell cookies all day long and there's an espresso bar if you want to buy a coffee.

Cons

Half of the staff is miserable working there, management is a mess. If you work hard, you'll get stomped on, but if you kiss up to the right people, you'll go far.

* Most of the staff are mid-career age, and it's a pleasure to work with mature adults. * The quality of the food and diverse options are excellent. * Great leadership and positive team atmosphere.

Cons

* If you work a closing shift the store stays open to 11pm.
