Pros

The store itself is clean, easy to navigate, and the atmosphere is decent especially when it is warm and smells like the food being cooked.

Cons

There is little communication from superiors and no effort to make a team oriented environment. The companies core values are to serve and entertain the guests and this is made difficult when there is no time being made for the team to feel like a unit and like they are enjoying their time. This creates a gap where often we are forced to put on a smile and serve guests when in reality the team is stressed and is too busy worried about the work load to serve the guests to the best of our ability. There is also a big gap in communication above the store level. I asked for more hours and management could not offer them to me because they would need to reach out to corporate. This is a problem when the team has a need for more support especially in the holiday season and I was rejected due to budgeting. At the store level everyone knows that this is needed however a wall was hit because management would not reach out to corporate because corporate is only worried about the budget.
