Annual survey that generates change in organization. Kind staff, great teams. Great sized organization, not huge, but large enough for central resources.

Cons

Small to mid size, if you are looking for a larger corporate style healthcare could be con.

Pros

All the doctors are super nice. All the staffs are friendly. Pay isn't too bad.

Cons

Short staff and always have to cover at different 3 locations. 8-5 8-7 shifts with one week day off, work some weekends. Management not the greatest. Don't get recognized for the works you do.
