Pros

Its a decent paying job depending on the account for management

Cons

I remember being at a management conference and the speaker discussed how "diverse" Metz was. There was at least 200 people present. 6 people of color. I was used directly to get a new account, told I would be assisting at a presentation but it was really myself and a black chef (not even from the are but one they used to go to different accounts.....to appear diverse) being used a black faces to attract the account (large black population, black leadership). No black people in upper management. Only black people in management at accounts in black populated areas.

Pros

The hourly employees were one of the main reasons I stayed as long as I did. They are an amazing, caring group of people. My role itself was amazing but Management ruined it for me.

Cons

Management plays favoritism and because of this they will bully you out of your job. If you aren’t an older male, you will never succeed. You are given no training nor guidance throughout your time there and expected to be perfect. Instead of gratitude for a job well done, Management will continuously criticize every single decision you made without approval. Yelling, discouragement, and name calling towards you is normal, sitting back laughing at the hostile, sexist environment.. giving you no option but to leave a job you loved.

Pros

Their is no pro to write because the company is too bad to work for I didn’t like my job not one bit and I wish I just quit a long time ago but I stayed cause I cared about the patient

Cons

1.The Supervisor Don’t Like To Work. 2.The Employees That Been Working In The Kitchen For A Long Time Boss You Around. 3.Hard To Get A Higher Position. 4.They Fired You For Being Anti-Social And For Leaving Your Work Station For A Minute To Do Something. 5.The Pay Sucks
