Upper management at my location was cold and cruel and the reason why myself and several others quit The facility was poorly equipped to handle the volume of students ordering and we often were making food hours after the official close The online ordering system is glitchy and results in more work and misunderstandings with students Pay was low for the work we did and extra hours put in Temp workers were often not properly vetted and resulted in safety hazards for existing employees Overall a stressful and negative experience
