Mews engenders a really positive working environment that embraces diversity (50+ nationalities and counting--remarkable for a company that currently has ~330 employees) and acknowledges that each of us brings different strengths to the table. The company invests heavily in the onboarding experience to help new hires assimilate and learn--in turn, this very generous investment in each new team member fosters good energy and makes it easy to commit our best selves to our shared purpose of improving the day to day experiences of our hospitality clients' guests, staff, and management.

Mews is truly an amazing company that I'm proud to be a part of. It has a great culture that does not feel beaurocratic. The leadership is approachable and listens to its employees and wants their feedback. It's also a place where people can grow a lot professionally. People change roles within the company or get promoted often. People who work here want to achieve something incredible and make the hospitality industry better for everyone. It's really exciting. People are not micro-managed but the results are expected. Wellness days, unlimited vacation days. Opportunity to visit colleagues (friends) in different cities as Mews is truly a global company with offices/people working from the West Coast in the US to Australia. The company is growing rapidly but still keeps its core values and stays true to them. People are being recognized for their hard work.
