Pros

Work is rewarding, the company is heading in the right direction, management is pretty transparent, they value in person events and invest in in person get-togethers, allow you to work from local coworking spaces if there isn't an office in your city, and you're working with fantastic/brilliant people to name a few of the pros. Easily one of the best (if not THE best) company cultures I've worked at.

Cons

Things can change quickly and you get waves of tough work loads, but it comes with the territory of an agile tech company moving the way we are.

Pros

Interesting work, truly part of building a better product every day, ability to work remote, travel, and engage with some of the smartest people in the industry.

Cons

Workload can be intense at times - but, staff are given the autonomy to throttle their workload if they feel it is too much. Encouraged to speak up and see where they can find time for life. Work life balance is very much a core tenant of Mews
