Pros

The company genuinely invests in its people. The fact that they would offer extensive sales training including in-person sessions, is quite rare these days. It truly reflects the company’s commitment to developing its employees. The perks are also remarkable: opportunities for travel, stipends for coworking spaces, and quality company merch. Mewsers love merch! Additionally, the equipment provided is top-tier, from the latest MacBooks to iPhones, ensuring we have all the tools we need to perform at our best. While the expectations are high, the rewards are equally substantial. It’s a dynamic environment where hard work is recognized and well-compensated.

Cons

Like many remote companies, there are quite a few meetings. It would be nice to have fewer, but it seems to come with the territory of working remotely.

I have been working at Mews since January 2024, and it has been a fantastic experience overall. The company offers a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth. The management team is approachable and always willing to listen to new ideas. Additionally, Mews offers: Excellent training and development programs Competitive benefits Friendly and inclusive company culture Opportunities for career advancement

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be high, so bear this in mind before applying if you are looking for a routine type of job. There are a lot of changes, so we need to constantly keep up with those, so you need to embrase and find changes exciting if you are applying. Communication across teams can be a little challenging at times given the fact we are all spread, therefore, you need not to be comfortable asking for information/help around.
