      Pros

      Had a great view from the office. Co-workers were great, like family. Clean environment.

      Cons

      Pay was low. Parking was expensive and is not provided free for a lot of employees.

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, if you like variety and can deal with the public well it can be fun sometimes. I've met many interesting people and enjoy helping them find their way around Miami, so I enjoy that part of the job. Ability to change your schedule approx. every 6 mnths, can choose from both day, afternoon or midnight shifts.

      Cons

      Driving in Miami is very stressful due to traffic and bad drivers. We have to try to stay on schedule, answer customer questions, pick up and drop off passengers, while driving safely. It can really stress you out. One of the biggest downsides is that we start part time and have a long wait before getting our full time and benefits. Also we have a variety of schedules but we pick by seniority so sometimes you get stuck with a schedule that you didnt want for 6 mnths.
