Pros

MMPA is a great stepping stone for those wanting to get a foot in the door (experience) in either dairy farm consults or dairy production/manufacturer. Always hiring for plants (Ovid, Constantine, Middlebury).

Cons

Do have issues with higher ups not respecting those under them that make the company actually go, but it's a few handful that I don't work with closely.
