Dreary. Most workers complain about their job on a weekly, if not daily, basis. Management decisions are fear based.

very poor management at the plant level with no connection to the work force or care about people or their family life

Good wages for the work and a decent benefits package to start with. A variety of job types from physical to not physical.

Cons

3 different shifts and for newcomers you have to bounce around between them without any real say in the matter. Makes it hard to plan much of anything in your life.
