Minimal time off No upwards job movement Difficulty with management infrastructure

Company doesn't tell you much of what is going on. Very shady operation. Long hours at the plants. Don't trust what they say. All that matters is operations, no matter expense. blood, sweat, tears, long hours, blind eyes. They hide our near misses and don't involve the one safety person or HR. They just got rid of the Safety guy and clearly they don't care and won't pay for safety from what we have heard. They have not replaced people that have left and you're either here for 15 years or barely 1 or 2.
