      Pros

      Joined the organization 5 years ago. It turned out to be a fantastic career decision. Leadership team is genuine, humble, and encouraging. You are definitely challenged to apply your knowledge everyday and there is always the opportunity to help others out.

      Cons

      The company expects you to be an "A" player everyday. The difference is that they also treat you like that "A" player everyday too.

      The executive management team is solid in all departments and they treat you like you matter. The middle management team if comprised of people that you can talk to who will educate you and challenge you to be better.

      I do not have a single complaint working here.
