Fun place to work with a mediocre pay structure

Pros

-Fun environment -Meet people with similar interests (if you're the type of person that's interested in working at Micro Center) -To certain extent, the harder your work the more you make

Cons

-While the position is commission based, you've REALLY got a grind your tail off to max out your avg. hourly rate (around $20 an hour at best--which is decent if you're a student, single person, etc.) - Even if you DO grind your tail off, it might not even matter, and some days are just slow - It's a retail job...need I say more?

Environment you're in is awesome, the people you work with really make a difference at work and when you have amazing co-workers/friends it makes the time go by a lot quicker.

Cons

Pay isn't as good, but you certainly have opprotunities to make good money.

Coworkers, Employee discount and Vacation pay

Cons

The pay is $4/hr plus commission. If you have any sense of morals you wont make enough commission to actually live off of.
