3yThank you for taking the time to write this review and give your opinion to management. We will discuss your suggestions with the local store management team. As for the pay, all associates in our stores are compensated with at least the minimum wage rate in their state. With most of our associates surpassing the minimum rate. Micro Center has a base plus commission pay structure for sales associates, which allows for competitive wages and high earning if you take advantage of the opportunity.
