      Pros

      Good co-workers, and a fun environment. Can make good money since it's a commissioned base job. Good vacation time too.

      Cons

      Schedules can be a total mess since it's not set days. You can be working 10 days non-stop till your next day off. Being a retail store, you will meet awful customers at times so if you're not mentally prepared for that, this might not be a job for you.

The average sales associate at the store in Duluth earns 25.55 an hour. Our company culture and great leadership team are the foundation of the success of our associates. A great employee experience translates to a world-class customer experience which is a win for everyone. There are times when the customer can be trying. Our managers constantly receive training and are available to support our associates in the event of poor customer interactions.
