      Pros

      Very easy, people coming to the store usually know what they need and your job it to take them to the right place and sell them what they're looking for.

      Cons

      As a GSA you're also working truck some mornings where you make basically no money since there are no customers to sell to as the store is not open for the first 3 hours of your shift. This company works off of commission.

As you know our sales and service associates are paid based on commission which allows them to make compensation at some high levels based on their sales, even with the non-selling hours added in.
