      Pros

      Able to make more with commissions.

      Cons

      During slow times minimum wage, no bonus. They push for good surveys but all associates get is a pen after 3 really great reviews. Also having commission associations seems to be a secret to customers.

      Pros

      Good place to work if you're in school. Retail hours, so very flexible management to work with school schedules. Raises were small and infrequent, but I got a couple of them. Good camaraderie for the most part. It was fine working there earning some money while in school.

      Cons

      On your feet all day. Once in a while you'll get a nasty customer. Comes with working for retail.
