- Management is pretty flexible and reasonable - Hours are flexible, assuming prior communication is made ahead of time - Commision allows for possible higher than minimum wage salary

Cons

- Base pay is low and commission is unpredictable due to it being dependent on sales

- It's nice to be around technicians who know about technology. - Employee discount on purchases, including service plans. - Get to participate in new technological releases for professionals and businesses. - Discount on IT learning materials. - Legos!

Cons

- Employees are refrained from purchase new tech when it comes out. - Bias management styles collide with professional outlook and aptitude. - Social aspect of working at Micro Center can come across as belittling and cruel. - Tribal sort of employee retention based on how they connect after work using technology purchased at Micro Center locations, or lack thereof. - Commission on service plan sales is 10%, customers usually decline service plan the salespeople recommend.
