Everyone who works there treats you like family. Everyone is usually on the same page and it’s a fast and fun working environment.

Pros

You get to interact with fellow computer/technology enthusiasts and help them build systems. It's extremely satisfying helping a first time builder!

Cons

Not really a con, because I'm used to sitting on my butt all day, but at first being on my feet all day was painful.
