Discounts on items and willing to work with schedule restrictions

Cons

Management is horrible. They do not know what they are doing. They play favorites. Constantly have to stock items in this department, while other departments rarely stock items.

Pros

With commissions, you have the opportunity to earn a lot compared to other retail jobs, and you will learn a lot about how technology works, especially if you want to sell it.

Cons

Being commissioned, there can be a pretty high variance in sales per day, which makes it hard to have a consistent paycheck. Until you get past General Sales, pay isn't much better than other retail.
