      Base + commission pays well above minimum wage. Plenty of training if requested Face-paced, never a dull moment Flexible hours

      Cons

      Very competitive environment Unfriendly coworkers, as if they don't want to train nor help you. You don't make friends here Company culture is non-existence at this location

      Probably has few of the best management staff I had the privilege of working with. Managers are always available and willing to help you out if you ask or need it. A great place to start when you don't have any experience. Schedule is based on your availability. Good growth opportunities. Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts

      Pressured to sell plans. No fixed schedule.
