Pros

Great management, excellent benefits, pay is competitive if you are willing to get certified and go the extra step for repairs.

Cons

Like many retail settings work life balance and flexibility of schedule is not great. There is no extra headcount so taking days off or working preferable hours is not really an option.

Great Company and Retail Store

Pros

Everyone is treated well and respected. Benefits from the company are fantastic, especially the healthcare. It is a great environment to learn more about computer due to the amount of systems that come in, ranging from age, manufacturer, and even Apple systems.

Cons

Management likes to experiment with new processes and instead of reverting back to what was working, they tweak it to suffice. Standard retail complaints: Despite not actually working the retail side, you still have the same operating hours and expectations as retail.
