Pros

Getting to work with something you're passionate about, like repairing computers, is really the only positive side of this job.

Cons

I felt at my time at Micro Center, that the person who managed my manager, without fail, considered people on my level of employment to be more like machines than people. I understand that there are goals to hit, but they do not get this across in a personable manner whatsoever.

- Can make a boatload of money with little experience in the field - Easy to get experience in the IT field - Great coworker environment

Cons

- Pay is flat, you're paid based on performance and there seems no yearly wage increase - You will be selling products to customers, or your pay will suffer - Fast-paced, can feel overwhelming
