Many thanks for the great review! We pride ourselves on the knowledge all of our associates have so that they can continue to grow with us. While our base rate is $4 per hour, sales associates earn commissions, bonuses, SPIFs, etc. that typically bring hourly rates anywhere from $16-$35 per hour or more depending on your department. - Constant harassment form Customers -Heavily incentives to up-sale useless products -Never have time to fix/build anything because your a secretary/salesman first then technician
