With our flexible schedules you can set your availability to receive a variety of shifts. At times there can be difficult customers however with our knowledgeable, and patient associates we can deliver great customer service. I'd like to be able to share your perspective with the leaders at your location but I'm not sure where you work. Your managers would want to know what you expect and need to be successful. Our goal is to offer our customers a total solution so we do offer solutions based on what our customers tell us they need (this is part of our excellent training). The job of a Retail Sales & Merchandising associate involves putting merchandise on the shelves so you can easily and quickly find it as customers need it. While your base pay may be $4 per hour, depending upon which department you work in, our Sales & Merchandising associates average $18 - $32+ per hour and no associate makes $4 per hour. Our customers appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of our associates including our dress code.
