      Pros

      Pros: if you have hustle, you can make a good chunk of money.

      Cons

      There’s some periods where sales dip and your paycheck is a little lackluster. Also having to clean during sales hours can impact your check, especially if you have a difficult section as you’re on commission.

Also, we all have the responsibility for store cleanliness, it is important for our customers and staff to have a clean environment. :)

      Fast pace commission sales environment, outdated work uniform and business practices. Inability to make returns on products. Unethical managers. Low base pay
