Our pay scale is designed to encourage competitive wages, where sales associates can earn high wages based on their effort. With four New York locations and one northern New Jersey location within driving distance of each other we have a great opportunity for advancement.       Commission based so if your not competitive and actively looking for customers your pay may suffer. District manager does not like the store or any of its employees,
