Pros

- Can make a boatload of money with little experience in the field - Easy to get experience in the IT field - Great coworker environment

Cons

- Pay is flat, you're paid based on performance and there seems no yearly wage increase - You will be selling products to customers, or your pay will suffer - Fast-paced, can feel overwhelming

Management was great and knowledgable

Cons

It felt a bit low on the pay side, I'm sure in recent years they have moved to paying higher than 11-12

Thanks for the "4 Star" and we're happy to hear that management was helpful. We look at our market pay rates several times a year and make adjustments based on the market. We also offer the opportunity to earn additional commission as a CSR so there's base plus additional. Best of luck to you!
