Great deals, great people to work around.

Cons

Management hovers as you are forced to sell at the register, and if you can't you are given a talking too, and have to maintain certain numbers.

Pros

The pay is good, and the opportunity to earn commissions through protection plans has kept me interested in trying to do my job well. Also, the employee discount is incredible.

Cons

Too much focus on email capture- it's very difficult to convince certain types of customer to provide their email (think the old guys afraid of the system, and the unfortunate person just buying a drink); and just a few of these will draw the item of the managers. It's no true punishment but the reprimand is unpleasant.
