Management (a select few) is somewhat disappointing: -they allow people to be lazy with no consequences whatsoever while others are busting their behinds off - enforces CSR's to hit the minimum % for service plans sold for some (those who are getting them but doesn't enforce it on those who aren't getting whatsoever) -does not have structures and a consistent way of doing anything -severely poor work-life balance -very difficult to get a set/consistent schedule -no challenges and growth -poor communication -low pay
