      Pros

      Coworkers were great and got along well. Feels like a small town of nerdy people. Commission plus hourly was a plus.

      Cons

      Best to work as a student, doesn’t pay enough. Customers can be unreasonably rude and entitled unfortunately.

      Benefits are decent. The pay is very good for the work. Management is very fair from the bottom levels up. They teach you skills that can pay forward in other areas of life.

      Cons

      Deadlines are usually very short. Everything is a manual process, nothing is automated.
