      Pros

      Many promotion and internal transfer opportunities. Lots of hiring and company growth. Great medical benefits and quarterly bonus. The CEO is one of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      No complaints about the company. Co workers are great. It is a great culture and community to work with. Very good continuous improvement and learning opportunities

      -Good mix of young/old engineers -Tends to be more of a relaxed environment -Lots of training opportunities -Learned experience translates very well to other companies in the industry -Mostly good, high quality people working here -Proven business model, always profitable -Solid market strategy -Profit sharing -Always growing and gaining market share -Frequent communication meetings/operational reviews where you can learn more about what each division is doing -Get to partake in more than just one part of the manufacturing process -Company very much sticks to its culture -Continuous improvement is truly valued

      Cons

      -Maybe a bit too conservative -Work can be mundane -Continuous improvement is so valued that it is somewhat out of control, everybody does everything their own way, this burns up engineering time -Communication between teams could be improved
