      Our unit MicrochipDirect was very lenient with attendance and punctuality as long as you have valid reasons to be late or absent.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. No further trainings. You are on your own. No proper escalation channel. Only cares about revenues. Supervisors and Team Leaders shows favoritism. Professionalism is expected to be shown to your customers but is not practiced within our Team. No Teamwork.
