Pros

Good health insurance and 401K matching.

Cons

Everything else. Toxic “leadership” which snowballs into a very negative culture. Simply want yes men. If you’re not that, you will be penalized.

Salary is not competitive for nursing industry. Hours are stressful for on call staff. Management -employee relationships are not great.
