Benefits Leadership Advancement Support Peers Community These are all words that come to mind when I think of Midco.

Cons

Few and far in between. Midwest pay is difficult to match that of larger metropolitan areas. This would be my only hangup. Mjdco offers fair pay and exceptional benefits in return.
