The commission is decent and the pay is ok, plus you get free internet and discounted cable. hours are reliable and most holidays are off.

Cons

Has been short staffed for too long, not much urgency in finding replacements. Does not give out many raises for how long people have been here though. Management has many issues and HR often only protects the company and not the employee. Very sales focused environment. If you make them lots of money they will like you
