Cons

Pay is not high enough to deal with their incredibly abusive customer base. Insurance will fight you on everything. I have been off of several major medications while the company insurance that I pay for every month drags their feet. They don’t care about you as a person. Was told my diagnosed mental health issues didn’t matter because they weren’t counted as a disability under the ADA. Midco changes their internal tools every few months, which causes widespread technical issues and makes the job that much more difficult. You will get in trouble for mistakes your manager makes.

Hello, Midco’s intent is to offer as much flexibility/accommodations as possible regardless of whether or not someone meets this definition. However, this is not always possible due to the needs of our business.

Excellent Culture

Pros

Fair wages. Friendly staff that goes a long way to creating a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Plenty of benefits and perks. You work independently but other techs are friendly and team work is an every day occurrence. Quarterly bonuses and 8 paid holidays. 3-4 weeks PTO per year. Midco is growing and has high aspirations!

Cons

The on call shift every 5 weeks or so can be tough sometimes. But over time pay is given and a bonus on top helps the paycheck.
