will drop you in a heartbeat, badmouth you to prospective employers, and screw you on unemployment in the middle of a pandemic if you mess up once

Free Internet, Cable (except for Starz/Encore).

Cons

Managers play favorites. Office Politics plays a HUGE role in job selection, promotion and job changing. Employees are forced to change their shifts every 3-6 months (I've known people that had to quit because the forced shift bid caused their shift to not work with their Home life obligations, and Midco wouldn't work with them). Termination of employment is easy to come by, especially when the company gets a poor review from a customer because of a situation the customer created themselves.
