Poor leadership in pharmacy & HR

Poor management and HR Using secret PIPs for very minor mistakes or made up disciplinary actions.

Cons

Never EVER Trust HR Partner EMILY no matter what. She is misguiding pharmacy management in disciplining pharmacy staff using secret PIPs. She is a very horrible person, unfortunately pharmacy management listens to her. It's a matter of time before they see staff fleeing from this place
