HR team are horrible- insist managers issue warnings without basis and push until it is done- employees try to speak out but aren’t heard

The only pro here is when its time to leave

Cons

Your underpaid for the amount of work you put in, Also your expected to do task that PCTs are supposed to be doing but instead you’ll get stuck with them. If you plan on working here keep to yourself as staff wont hesitate to lie and throw you underneath the bus. Also you will be targeted here if they dont like you.
