-Excellent healthcare benefits for FT employees including cell phone, theme park, etc discounts available for all employees -Pay is decent the higher your position is but for entry level positions, the pay is on the low end -Employment pretty stable in general -Lots of friendly staff -Some management very nice Overall I enjoy working for Middlesex Hospital- it's not perfect but not bad either.

Cons

- Some departments can be very stressful as with fast paced healthcare enviroments should be expected - Some management difficult to work for - Some physicians need to display a better attitude (rather than thinking they should be catered to so highly) or perhaps a vacation more frequently might help. - Some departments are too gossipy

Pros

I love the people I work with and find my work rewarding. Recently left shift differential saline for existing employees after great pressure from shift workers.

Cons

The CEO is exclusively about market value and is creating his own market value. Top down change will be respected. Change for highest earners too. Lead by example.
