management hasnt got a clue how to treat people. They are willing to help but not sure how and can be very disrespectful.

A decent place to work

Pros

Nice working environment, and a nice cubicle/working space is provided. Fast-paced yet comfortable work, certainly not the hardest job I have done. Manager was very kind and helpful.

Cons

Somewhat boring and monotonous. In addition, all the difficulties that come with customer service are present in this job. However, it is still awesome to not have to deal with people in person.
