Middlesex has a diverse culture and inclusivity is promoted. Benefits are the best I've had as a nurse. They promote and support furthering your education and career path.

Cons

Pay offers are set. Your experience in the field isn't considered. This is in the outpatient setting positions. I cannot speak to inpatient positions.
