Unlimited PTO and a nice enough office.

Cons

Directionless management. Goals were unrealistic. The managers care more about how they look than how well the job gets done which leads to bigger issues. All departments are siloed from each other and half of the company does not know what the other half does (including managers). Communication is horrible.
