Great cafe on site... bring your dog to work day. Open vacation policy. Good work / life balance.

Cons

Favoritism runs rampant by VP. Very difficult culture to work with. If you are Chinese you are all set. Everyone else is ignored. No raises... not believed in by China HQ. No career development.

Unclear direction, but the company wants to do AI Meetings happen randomly without schedules on calendar, no agenda, no action items, always overtime Most of people are unprofessional though they said they have been many years in Northern America The real world data is none, extremely slow or no progress on obtaining the useful data to do product-level AI
