The team does a good job of shielding you from much of the wonkiness from the company at large, though word on the street has it that the worst of the wonkiness has been discontinued. Other departments that you had to work alongside could be a source of considerable vexation.

Little to no work from home and definitely no remote work. Schedules are very rigid— 8am-5pm for salaried, with little to no flexibility. Employees aren’t treated as first or really even second priority. No employee satisfaction survey in 2023, even though their Careers page says they do it every year. Recent layoffs and a number of salaried and long-tenured leaving, including managers and VP. Lots of micro-managing Employees, who are experts in their fields, don’t have much say in how things are done. Can only get employee discount if you become an NRA member and donate to NRA each time you make an order.
