Pros

The actual jobs you did weren't all that bad, though my tolerance may be higher or lower from other peoples, so take that with a grain of salt. It was your typical warehouse labor type of work, so nothing horrible. It did get incredibly monotonous, but that should be expected.

Cons

The people who work here (mostly) are horribly cold, callous, and lacking of any empathy for their coworkers and employees. By far the worst part about this establishment is the people who not only work her, but run and manage the place. They absolutely do not care about you, even though they do their best to hide behind the façade that they do. Wearing a friendly smile and making small talk by asking about what's going on in your life never really masked any of their lack of care for other people.

Pros

They offer affordable benefits and there was free coffee. That’s all I got....

Cons

Terrible training system. They train you for about two hours total then cut you loose. Sure, you can call an extension for help... but that’s only to be made to feel as if you’re an idiot. Oh and if you’re not into robotic work stay away. I think at one point I said “thank you for calling midway USA” while on operator an average of 48274828 times per minute. Such a joke. Not worth the money. About 10 new employees every couple of weeks. Not shocked and don’t think they care to see people come and go. Management stands around chatting while Rookies sit on hold waiting for help... but who cares right? Management doesn’t have to go back to the angry customer on the other end of the phone.
