Honestly??? The company takes advantage of the clients and staff with damn near everything... there is nothing good about this dumpster fire!
Cons
Management is 99% female, and they keep it that way! There is NO male advancment oppertunities what so ever. Bo drug testing and very little care from managment to do investigations on staff. Money is a HUGE issue there with clients... my ex client would recieve 10$ to do laundry in a laundry mat once a month. They now have a double clock in system and god forbid your late clocking in to one of the two clock in's because THAT'S falsifying documentation. If you rock the boat AT ALL the company gets rid of you. No investigation, no warnings... just poof... gone.

Working with the individuals and co-workers was great. Middle to upper management is problematic.

The individuals we serve are truly the best part of this agency.
Cons
Middle and upper management is the problem. What they say is not what they do. They manage to over work and under appreciate those that are on the front line for the company. Then they wonder why they are always short staffed.
